Blog Post #2 I learned how to use Microsoft Word since a really young age. I had a passion for writing and would write my own short stories about fairies and fantastical worlds with the computer. Later on, I was glad to find my creativity companion in the classroom. At my school, we wrote a lot of papers and I would always use Microsoft Word. Teachers would also use it to create their assignments and tests. I guess it was because Microsoft is such a pioneer in the computing world, in early 2000 that was the go-to tool of any classroom, office or household. Introduction  A Little About Me I come from a beautiful city full of mountains in the middle of Colombia called Medellin. However, I grew up in Panama surrounded by an exuberant biodiversity. If you haven't been to those countries I absolutely urge you to do so. I am madly in love with Psychology and self development, I aspire to use Education to help others pursue their maximum potential. I believe that the educational system should focus on the development of the individual and should give children the tools for developing self-knowledge and intrapersonal as well as interpersonal intelligence.  My Past Experiences My past experiences with technology in an educational setting are very normal. I have used the usual educational software like Canvas and Blackboard, I have created blogs for other classes and I used computers to do research. I also have encountered smart boards and I currently use my IPad to take notes instead of a notebook that can waste pap...
